If you have received an incomplete order or a product different from what you intended, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible at [email protected] or call
(02) 6682 4163.

If the order is still being processed or has not yet been packed, we may be able to make adjustments and swap the items for the correct ones before shipment. However, if the order has been shipped already, we will work with you to find the best solution, whether that involves returning the incorrect items or placing a new order for the desired products.
