What is your subscription policy?Updated 5 months ago

We offer 10% off all our pet food and pet treat products when you subscribe to automatic delivery. By selecting “Subscribe & Save” you are agreeing to automatic processing of your orders based on your nominated delivery frequency from 2 weeks to 8 weeks, product selection, and quantity.

Subscription prices are subject to change at our discretion. You will receive an email notification of any price changes that impact your subscription service.

Your chosen payment method will be automatically charged on the day of each subscription cycle. You can manage your subscription by logging into your customer portal. You can manage your product, delivery dates, delivery frequency, quantities, and payment method, and skip or cancel your subscription through your online account.

There are no lock-in contracts, and you may cancel your subscription at any time within your online customer portal. Changes will take effect on the next scheduled delivery.

You will receive an upcoming order notification 4 days prior to order processing. You have 48 hours before the order is processed to make changes to, or cancel, your subscription. After the order has been fulfilled, please adhere to the return and refund policy. There are no cancellation fees.

Your pet food will be delivered according to your selected plan. Shipping costs may apply and will be clearly stated at checkout or in your customer portal. Free shipping applies to all orders over $100 and a flat rate of $10 for all orders unless you request an express shipping option.

We strive to maintain product availability, but unforeseen circumstances may lead to substitutions. You will be notified of any changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

Please update your account information promptly, including your shipping address, payment method, or email. Upcoming order notifications and order confirmations will be sent to all pet food subscription customers, whether they opt into our email newsletter.
