We see your order hasn't been shipped yet. Here's what you can expect:
Standard Shipping Timeline:  Normally, it takes an average of 5-7 business days to process and pack your order before it ships. Once shipped, you'll receive a separate email with tracking information.
OR
Unfulfilled or Partially Fulfilled Orders:  We're currently experiencing a slight delay in fulfilling orders due to our recent move to our new and bigger factory in Brisbane. We expect to ship your order within 2-3 business days.
In either case, you'll receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your order ships. In the meantime, you can always check the status of your order by logging into your account and clicking on "Order Placed".
